Wondering where your fabulous fragrances are? Let’s track them down together!


First, peek in your spam or junk folder for that order confirmation email and check your account page. Still can’t find it? No stress - just email help@fragbuy.ca and we’ll help.

If you’ve got a tracking number, give it a few days. Tracking updates typically roll in after 5pm on weekdays, 1-3 business days after processing. For weekend orders, look for updates by Tuesday or Wednesday. Kindly find more information right here on our Shipping Schedule!
