How do I cancel my order?

We get it—plans change, and sometimes you need to hit pause. If you’d like to cancel an order, just send us an email at help@fragbuy.ca with a clear subject line that says "Cancel Order" with order# starting with FB, and we’ll do our best to help. ❤️

✅ Important:
We can only cancel orders that haven’t shipped yet. If you’ve placed multiple orders to the same address around the same time, we might combine them. In that case, you’d need to cancel all orders in that group.
