How can I add an item to my order?

Looking to complete your fragrance collection or your loved one’s with an additional item? We know how frustrating shipping costs can be when you realize there’s something else you wanted!

While we can’t modify your original order once it’s placed, there’s still a way to get everything shipped together. Simply place a separate order for the additional item(s), then email us at help@fragbuy.ca with both order numbers.

The key is timing - we’ll need to hear from you before your first order ships out. Once that happens, we won’t be able to combine orders or refund any shipping costs.
