Don’t worry if you don’t see your updated sprays or rewards right away—they’ll appear automatically once migration is complete.
3. FragFlex Account Migration FAQs
Q: Do I need to create a new FragFlex account if I already have one?
Nope! If your FragFlex account uses the same email as your Fragrancebuy account, you’re all set.
Q: What if my FragFlex email is different from my Fragrancebuy email?
Register FragFlex using your Fragrancebuy email. After August 27, we can manually merge accounts so sprays, points, and balances are fully combined.
Q: I don’t see my unused coupon codes in FragFlex—what’s happening?
Please note that your unused coupon codes have been transferred to FragFlex, but they are not linked directly to the loyalty program. You can still use them without any issues. If you notice any problems when using a coupon, just email us and we’ll help you out.
Q: What about my gift cards? I can’t use them in FragFlex.
Great question! Gift cards are treated like a payment method. If you have any unused gift cards, we can check them in Fragrancebuy and provide an equivalent FragFlex gift card so you can use it seamlessly.
Q: I see that my current tier will remain until December 31, 2026. Why hasn’t it changed yet?
Yes! Previously, tier calculation was based on lifetime earnings, but now it will be based on yearly earnings. Rest assured, you will remain in your current tier until December 31, 2026. After that, your tier will update each year according to your previous year’s earnings. This new system is designed to make the rewards program more exciting. Soon, we will also be unlocking a new “Eau Influencer” tier—learn more about these changes on our blog
Q: Will my wishlist migrate from Fragrancebuy to FragFlex?
Migrating wishlists between stores requires a lot of technical work, and we’re still working through some of these aspects.
If you already have a wishlist in FragFlex, unfortunately, your Fragrancebuy wishlist cannot be merged due to system limitations.
If you do not yet have a wishlist in FragFlex, we can migrate your existing Fragrancebuy wishlist over for you.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we continue to improve the migration process.
