Canada Post has signaled the potential for a nationwide labour disruption starting May 22, 2025.
As a precaution, Fragrancebuy will temporarily disable Canada Post as a shipping option beginning May 15, 2025, to avoid any possible service interruptions.
What we’re doing
To keep your orders moving without delays, we’re:
Temporarily removing Canada Post as a carrier option starting May 15' 2025.
Switching to FedEx and UPS for all deliveries during this period.
What you need to do
To ensure smooth delivery:
Choose FedEx or UPS at checkout.
Enter a valid physical address (home or business) where someone can receive the package.
Don’t have a physical address? You can:
Use a friend or family member’s address.
Ask them to forward the package to you.
We want to make sure your fragrance arrives safely and on time!
️ What not to do
Please avoid using the following address types, as they may be delayed or cancelled if disruptions occur:
PO Boxes
Community mailboxes
Pickup/locker locations
Note: If a labour disruption begins, any orders with PO Box addresses may be subject to cancellation or shipping delays.
Why we’re doing this
We’re taking preventative action to avoid delivery issues that may arise if Canada Post experiences service disruptions.
By using alternative carriers and requiring physical addresses, we can continue delivering reliably—without surprise delays.
When will Canada Post return?
We’ll restore Canada Post shipping options as soon as operations return to normal.
