What happens if my package is returned to the sender?

We know how disappointing this can be when a package doesn’t reach you. If your order is returned to us due to:
An incomplete/undeliverable address
Being refused at delivery
Not being picked up on time from pickup location


Here’s exactly what we’ll do:
Full refund issued automatically once we receive the package back
Refund processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method


For a smoother delivery next time:
✓ Please provide complete addresses including:

  • Unit/apartment #
  • Buzzer codes if applicable
  • Clear business names for workplaces
     ✓ If choosing pickup: Collect your order within the scheduled timeframe
