Why doesn’t my invoice show my gift card applied?

Looking for your gift card on your invoice? We see why that might be confusing!


Gift cards work a bit differently than discount codes - they’re actually a separate payment method. That’s why your invoice shows the full amount first, then splits the payment between your gift card and any other payment method you used.
