What should I do if my fragrance arrives damaged, broken or leaking?

Please email us at help@fragbuy.ca within 14 days of delivery. Send clear photos or a video of the damage, plus pictures of all sides of the shipping box and label. We need images of the bottle, box, and label to help with your claim.


We can’t process returns or check damage after this time. We apologize for the trouble.


We have the right to refuse returns, refunds and exchanges if we believe there is fraud, possible fraud, or misuse.
